My Spring to Summer Favourites

I LOVE Spring fashions; from floral prints to pastel colours the styling is right up my street. Whenever I get a spare moment I can often be found perusing the latest trends online and below are 4 looks I’ve created comprised of some of my favourite pieces out at the moment. This is a new kind of post for me, but in keeping with my 30 day challenge of doing something new ever day, I thought I’d give this a try.

Look 1
Warehouse Denim Joggers £46 // Warehouse Scuba Floral Print Top £30 // Clarks Romantic Moon Sandals £49.99 // Warehouse Silk Cord Power Statement Necklace £20 // Zara Perforated Shopper £29.99

This look for me is perfect for a casual day out with friends or family. The Denim Joggers from Warehouse are GORGEOUS and are firmly at the top of my Birthday wishlist. They can be worn in a variety of outfits for both day or night; I’d wear them with heels, a cami and a blazer for an evening out. Here I’ve chosen to pair them with an on-trend floral patterned top and some white/silver flatforms, a style that’s being increasingly popular. At nearly £50 they might seem extravagant, but if it’s one thing I trust, it’s quality from Clarks. The necklace and bag, from Zara, continue the pastel theme of the outfit and help add a touch of sophistication to what is an understated yet simple look.

Look 2
Oasis Palm Print Playsuit £50 // Zara Wrap Around Jacket with Sequins £17.99 // Zara Leather Sandals With Buckle £39.99 // Warehouse Gold Squares Necklace £16 // Cara Plaited Satchel £32

I adore playsuits; they’re the perfect Spring to Summer piece and this one from Warehouse is no exception. With a large waterfall cardi and a pair of leather sandals, both from Zara, this outfit is perfect for the coming warmer months. It’s casual yet bold and the palm print is very on trend at the moment. I chose a large gold necklace to compliment the colouring of the other pieces and a classic satchel. Overall this outfit is one I could wear time and time again.

Look 3
Oasis Tropical Bird 2 in 1 Maxi £50 // Warehouse Crop Jacket £48 // Clarks Ornate Jewel Sandals £49.99 // Zara City Bag with Flap £39.99

I really like this look; the tropical bird print on the skirt of the Oasis maxi dress is beautiful. The long skirt itself is sheer with a shorter one underneath. I chose a denim jacket to wear with it as I thought it added a casual twist; a rare choice for me as I am not normally one for denim jackets AT ALL! I chose a pair of wedges from Clarks, mainly because with my small legs, I need to wear heels with such a long skirt! The bag is a light grey, and is perfect for carrying all your essentials. I picture this outfit as the perfect city look for me and this Zara city bag is perfect for completing the whole ensemble.

Look 4
Topshop Bleach Wash Denim Skort £32 // Topshop Sage Lace Tiered Top £34 // Office Converse All Star Low Leopard £44.99 // ASOS ALDO Reiten Bag in Black £50 // ASOS Gold Plated Sterling Silver Cat Necklace £20 // Accessorize Collette Pearlised Stone Ring £10

My final look is the style most similar to what I wear at the moment. I adore my white converse, but these leopard print ones are amazing! The lace top from Topshop is also high on my Birthday list; the mint colour is divine and never goes out of style. I’ve never worn a skort before but I really want to invest in one. The bleach wash makes this a statement piece that’ll go with a variety of coloured tops. I love the black bag from ASOS, it’s perfect for work and goes with everything. It’ll come as no surprise to find a cat-related item in here; both the necklace and ring add a great finishing touch to this outfit.
